Three weeks until we are up up and away to Laos and Vietnam. Very excited post needles today. We have had a little pho here in preparation.

I have been diagnosed (by my google-qualified-husband Richard) as having something called 'old hag syndrome'. The classic symptoms, which i display occasionally when very very tired, are to awake screaming, with a haggard withy-poo pinning me to the bed (yes it is a psychological condition - Richard claims not to see the wretch). Rich has been VERY supportive, which involved running around making witchy noises and now Rex has started with his best witchy impression:



Funny thing is, this thing is hereditary. Rich enjoyed telling Judy she suffered from something called 'old hag syndrome'....

We have a new toy.... It makes us feel like kids again. who are we kiddding.... we ARE kids.... big ones. Rex appears to like the big one too. No sommies from him yet:
